RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell new managed services agreements on hardware and software
  • Identify potential customers as directed by management
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to develop/initiate/maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in company sponsored training events
  • Perform needs analysis, sales discovery, and telecom audit on potential and current customers
  • Design/present proposals for prospects and customers in person and follow up on them

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Participate in solution architecture, design, and deployment with Microsoft Azure
  • Perform remote or onsite implementations
  • Diagnose infrastructure, network or software failure
  • Monitor applications
  • Recommend improvements to ensure the evolution of the information system according to the needs of the client
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with the infrastructure team
  • Document follow-ups and keeping the client informed of the progress of various improvement projects

SKILLS :

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Diagnose hardware or software failure, and identify the resources needed to resolve the problem
  • Guide the user through the steps to resolve the problem or take control of the computer remotely
  • Travel to the customer's site to change or repair defective components
  • Perform functional tests to ensure that the problem is resolved
  • Document ticket resolutions in Connectwise
  • Transfer the call to escalation if necessary
  • Ticket escalation Level 2-3
  • Provide support to users including email service and internal applications.
  • Follow up with users and colleagues
  • Installs computer stations, software, network printers and other peripherals.
  • Deploys commercial software manually or automatically
  • Develop and maintain documentation of work performed, user guides and incident reports.

SKILLS: 

  • Be comfortable in oral and written communication in French and English
  • Ability to analyze a remote situation by asking the right questions
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows 7/8/10
  • Knowledge of Windows server 2008 to 2019
  • Knowledge in networking (VPN, VLAN, DNS, WiFi, etc.)
  • Knowledge of VmWare and Remote app an ass

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and track IT projects (50% of the time)
  • Design the technical portion of technology solution proposals including products, services and labor
  • Act as a communication bridge between sales (representatives) and technical staff
  • Participate in design projects
  • Complete technology ITIL analyses for clients (analysis and writing)
  • Participate in technology tables and strategic sales meetings
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturers
  • Keep on top of the industry regarding new technologies

SKILLS : 

  • Comfortable with oral and written communication in both French and English
  • Good analytical and listening skills
  • Excellent knowledge of : Windows 7/8/10, Remote Apps, Terminal server
  • Good knowledge of networking (VPN, VLAN, DNS, WiFi, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server from 2003 to 2016 (Active Directory, GPO, access rights

  • Answer user calls to support multiple infrastructure and software
  • Diagnose infrastructure, network or software failure quickly
  • Use remote troubleshooting tools, scripts, and automation software to resolve remote issues faster
  • Intervene for problems affecting the client's infrastructure, such as Vmware, Hyper-v, Terminal Server, Remote App, GPO, Active directory, Router, Firewall Watchguard, Cisco and Meraki
